Get a Library Card
Maxwell Memorial Library has a lot to offer! Books, movies, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, downloadable materials – we have something for everyone. We’re also a member of Onondaga County Public Library System (OCPL), which gives our patrons access to the collections of every library in the County.
Getting a Library Card
Anyone five years of age and older may obtain a library card using a photo ID and proof of address. Parents or guardians are asked to provide their ID to get a card for a child. Because a child’s legal guardian is responsible for all materials checked out on the child’s card, we’re not able to issue a card to a child if their guardian isn’t present (sorry, grandparents, older siblings and babysitters!).
For more information, call the library at 315-672-3661 or stop in.
