The New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration have extended their comment period on the I-81 Viaduct Project until Thursday, October 14, 2021, 5 PM EDT.

I-81 Viaduct Project Virtual Public Hearings

As part of the public comment period on the I-81 Viaduct Project, the New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration will hold a virtual hearing on the project’s Draft Design Report/Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DDR/DEIS) and the New York Eminent Domain Procedure Law.

The hearing will take place on Zoom on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM and will be repeated at 5:00 PM.
