No Geranium Sale

We’ve been getting questions about the Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library’s annual geranium sale. Sadly, since the Friends officially dissolved last November, the geranium sale is no longer being held.

April: National Poetry Month

The Friends of Maxwell Library are sponsoring a contest for National Poetry Month!

You could win one of these books!

Fill out an entry form, and drop it in the box.

Free to enter! All ages welcome! One entry per person.

Drawing will be held Saturday, April 29 at 5:00 PM.

Friends’ 2023 Geranium Sale

The Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library are excited to announce their 19th Geranium Sale! These beautiful summer flowers come in 4.5 inch pots and are available in five colors:

  • Red
  • White
  • Magenta
  • White-to-rose
  • Salmon splash

Prices are:

  • Single flower: $5
  • Half dozen: $25
  • Dozen: $40

All flowers must be preordered and prepaid. Complete details are on the order form.

Order forms are also available on the Friends’ display space.

Celebrate National Friends of Libraries Week with two fun events!

Friends’ Geranium Sale

The Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library are excited to announce their 18th Geranium Sale! These beautiful summer flowers come in 4.5 inch pots and are available in five colors:

No price increase!

Prices are:

  • $5 each

  • $35 for a dozen

Flowers may be picked up on Saturday, May 14, 2022 between 9 AM and 12:00 noon at the Camillus Village Hall. Ample free parking is located at the rear of the building. Please note that this is one week prior to the Village Mile-Long Sale this year.

We’re sorry we cannot deliver. All flowers must be pre-ordered. Thank you for your support!

Each geranium sale customer will receive a free packet of sunflower seeds from the Junior Friends. The sunflower, a symbol of peace, is the national flower of Ukraine.

Fitness Friends-y Fundraiser

The Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library have given their annual February fundraiser a healthier focus this year with the first Fitness Friends-y event.

There are two sturdy Lands’ End canvas totes to try for—one filled with healthy and local foods, and the other with fitness gear, books, and a yoga DVD.
