Today’s session is being held at Renee’s studio, Syracuse Therapeutic Yoga, just up the street from Maxwell Library. Please go directly there. The address is 6000 W. Genesee St., Suite 100, Camillus NY 13031, in the old train station. There’s plenty of parking.


Join us to learn simple ways to bring meditation and mindfulness into your daily life. These monthly workshops for adults ages 18 and up will be led by Renee Goot, a local Yoga Therapist and Meditation teacher and owner of Syracuse Therapeutic Yoga LLC.

Meditation can support:

  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
