Meet at Sims’ Store
November 17 is National Take a Hike Day! Get off your couch and out of your Zoom Room and meet up with some of the Maxwell staff and other people for a short lunchtime walk along the Camillus Erie Canal. We’ll gather at noon outside Sims’ Store at Camillus Erie Canal Park at 5750 Devoe Road, off Newport Road in Camillus. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a face mask. The wonderful folks at the canal will have the museum, exhibits, and restroom open for our hikers, as well as the outdoor pavilion for socially distant resting and snacking. The library will provide water and snacks.
