Work out with Coach Jess of Jess Wood Wellness LLC during a fun and muscle-pumping circuit training class in the safety and privacy of your own home. We will work the whole body during this hour-long class through timed stations. If you have dumbbells or resistance bands you can have them close by. If you don’t have any equipment, that’s ok! There will be built-in rest breaks, so have your water ready. A workout mat or towel is handy to have with you as well. If you have any questions or concerns reach out to Jess at firstname.lastname@example.org before the start of class. During class the coach will give modifications for each of the movements and is happy to accommodate all fitness levels!
